Playing with a little drum machine a friend lent me which only had like two samples on it, so I recorded that with my fingers then added the dirty keys, bass, verb drenched guitar, and it became a bit of a funky little number. It’s pretty self-explanatory really, just stumbling your way through life as we all kind of do.
lyrics
V1
Now wait, don’t go
I’ve been here, you’ve been there, I don’t know
Too late, too slow
In the mist, it’s been vague, so I’m told
B1
It’s over the radio
All over the radio, that’s right
V2
Sounds strange, when told
If you leave, I’ll be here and get old
But wait, time goes, to begin again let it unfold
In every story we can start at the middle and end, that’s bold
Always skip the beginning, so we can be friends, let’s go
C1
Stumble my way through everything x 4
V2
Now wait, don’t go
You’ve been here, I’ve been there, I don’t know
This is the sort of punk album 99% of US acts would give their left nut to put out!! And TR brings an outstanding melodic element and some cracking vocals and lyrics! What a great collection of tunes!!! Get this album up ya, and then pass it on to your gen Z kids, mates!!! Ralph Douglas
